mixed emotions, looks like they carried the work but have to question some things as on the report they mentioned they stamped the service book but in reality they didn't, which made me questions what else they completed but in reality they did nothing on.

Driver courier was friendly though would have been nice for the garage to let me know he was on the way.

The 5 stars are for the garage. communication is for click mechanic. Mechanic was very good. I did 1 minute test drive and found clutch very good. Im sure it will continue. As for click mechanic, If it wasnt for Emma, I would have taken my car else where. She was brilliant. She knows what she is doing. You should be very proud of her. I was given one price 5/6 days before my car was due for the repair and you, as click mechanic, did not have the oudacity to confirm the price with the garage. this has costed me a further £250 loss of income and a further (nearly) £250 increased cost from you. Highly recommend this garage all the staff are helpful and they know their stuff had my clutch replaced at short notice and got my car back quickly as planned!

Very friendly and patient with my poor knowledge about cars.
Unfortunately my car couldn’t be fixed but they walked me through different options to help me to understand and decide.
Because I just had a major surgery they did their best to help me to dispose the car and refused to accept money for it.

Amazing service. They picked up my car, replaced my rear brake pads and returned my car very quickly. Phoned to let me know everything was done (and no other issues) and that my car was being returned. Very happy.
