Nigel was able to come at very short notice ( which other companies could not), this was crucial as there was a queue of people wanting to buy the vehicle and I was under pressure to make a quick decision. His report was very thorough and explained everything very well. It was a bit gutting to be told that the vehicle I had set my heart on really wasn't good in many important areas but of course it has saved me a lot of heart ache and money and trouble going forward - which is exactly why I wanted a report in the first place - so thank you !

Nigel was very good and the pre-purchase inspection report was excellent especially as I lived 300 miles from the vehicle so the in depth report was just what I needed.
I found the whole process from booking on line to final report an excellent service.
I liked the fact I had details of Nigel before the inspection and had direct communication with him before and after the inspection.
I would say service is better than RAC & AA.
Could fault anything.A+A+A+A+A+

Nigel was very thorough and I couldn't recommend him any more, money very well spent and saved me a 6 hour travel to be disappointed by a car clearly not ans advertised!! Attention to detail in report was of a very high standard. Will definitely use the site again after this A+++++

I have over 40 years experience of inspecting and repairing vehicles and their components of all types.
I also undertake warranty claims and vehicle finance company assessments to assess vehicle condition and fitness for purposes etc.
