i rang the garage to explain exactly what was wrong with the car the day before collection, as there wasnt an option to give full details on the website, the garage should of collected the car between 10am-midday. only arrived to collect the car at 4pm later that evening i was told the garage didnt have the part to carry out the job that day & they would get the part in at 9am the following day(sat).i rang at 12.30 saturday to be told the part had only just arrived & would get a call when ready. at 14.20 i got a call from the garage who were ringing about a different car, when they realised who they had rang they then told me my car wouldnt be ready until monday. i explained from the start that i dont live where the car was collected & is my work address, i live 27 miles away from where the car was collected.as you can imagine far from impressed & then i get a bill for twice as much quoted(albeit more work was involved) no mention of a reduction of the bill for the inconvenience Read more

Almonds Green is a good way from my home but my car was picked up on time, I was communicated with and it was delivered back to me on time with repair completed.
Would recommend.

Never met the mechanic, but the man who was picking up my car was extremely rude. I was 29 weeks pregnant. At the pick up he was late I had to call the shop multiple times to see if he actually took off or not. The man who was picking up the car called me that he can’t find the place, I was trying to explain to him ,but he will not let me speak or finish my sentences. He asked me to stood outside to wait for him. He called me again and made rude unnecessary comments that “I should tell him what I am wearing because it’s is 1000 people on the street” very unprofessional. When he was dropping off my car he has showed me a picture of his car that was same type as mine and told me his actually much faster then mine.

Great job. Quick and easy. Did what I needed with no fuss or inconvenience. Would recommend.

Work was carried out, very pleased with service , though I did put down that the car was not drivable, which caused a mix up
