My mechanic explained the reason for my electrical problem and how it might avoided in the future.I was happy with his advice

My mechanic was friendly and communicative, called me regularly with updates.

Car was collected spot on time by a very pleasant chap from Almond green.
car delivered back with full Mot and a service. Very pleased Ken AMOR.

Job done in less than an hour brilliant work got me on my journey back to Essex!

Turned up on time , and service and mot all done and complete in a couple of hours and car brought back. Good job 👍 just a note for improvement couldn't get hold of anyone via the phone to check progress so just waited until I received a message via email to say the car had passed MOT. So communication could of been a bit better .

Prompt professional service could not ask for more 5 stars given in feed back for a reason.

First time user so unsure what to expect, unable to move car off drive so chose this option. Presumed car would be repaired on drive, Didn't meet mechanic, phone call to say car would be picked up which they did at 11:30 am. We paid for 2 new coil springs one either side then had a call from garage around 5pm asking if we wanted other side doing, I replied yes we paid for both, was told they would call when ready, I called number around 6pm and message replied garage closed till morning, then had a call back to say car arriving soon, car arrived back at 7pm, unable to check springs as dark and late.

The service received was punctual and seems fine.
My problem is that I received no receipt or information about what was actually done. Ie oil change, new filter etc.
I’ve always had this when using other garages.
Hence only 3 Stars.
