Problem identified very quickly and no work required. Very competent and friendly mechanic and no hesitation using him again if needed.

Yes, all good thanks. Sam spotted the broken rear spring which was helpful.
My only issue was that the wheels were said to be in good condition on the external face but three were corroded, one badly so. Refurb' of all 4 split rims to match was £576.00 OUCH!

One further issue. HPI promotes Clickmechanic on the HPI website. HPI says not to rely on a VIN number being provided by a seller - yet the ClickMechanic report does not provide this VIn number. Also ClickMechanic could offer the further service of a diagnostic check as part of the pre purchase inspection (for an optional additional cost).

Not sure of the outcome yet as I haven't actually driven the car, Sam didn't have the correct coolant so I have to buy some first but he arrived on time, seemed knowledgeable and did the job outside my house and quite quickly. Was very happy with the service.

Glow plugs were not in the easiest of
place to get at so some dismantling needed to access, all out no issue and no snapping new one in place and error cleared
