Whist I appreciate I am paying for the mechanic's time, not too pleased to fork out fifty quid for somebody to come and tell me they can't fix my car! Sam the mechanic was a very nice, friendly and helpful man however.

Competent and friendly yet I had to help with the repair and lend tools as he didn't bring the right ones, seems a bit of a rip off that I was charged an extra hour of labour because the man I'm paying forgot to bring the correct gear .. other than this it was good
