Through absolutely no fault of his own he did not arrive in the time slot pre-arranged , so the "overall job" only gets 3 stars for that aspect - but don't let this part of the review affect your judgement.
He actually pointed out another fault on my car so he knows his stuff.
He is clearly a top class mechanic and I would definitely use him again.
