jonathan arrived a bit later than expected but no real issue with that, we all drive so know the issues
the work was done and arrived back at the appointed time
easy to speak to and courteous

I cannot fault Jonathan for his standard of work or commitment to getting the job done. However the booking was scheduled for 13.00 to 15.00 on Friday but wasn't collected until 21.30 Friday night. I had to message to find out when or if he was coming. Once collected I again had to send a text on Sunday as I had heard nothing since my car was collected. A simple text or call to keep me in the loop would be better customer service, as I appreciate that his line of work is time consuming. Also would have allowed me to continue with other things I needed to do rather than waiting on the unknown.

Reliable as usual. The problem was fixed on site and I would recommend them to others.

I was'nt present when the work was carried out.
However Jonathan kept my partner informed of any issues whilst completing the job.
Highly recommend this guy.

Jonathan is a good mechanic and obviously knew his stuff. However he was booked for 10am to 11am and didn't arrive until 2.30pm after me calling him twice. He told me his previous job took much longer than anticipated. The job he did was good and all works fine but in his rush to complete it the door card was fitted in the wrong position with a big gap at the top by the window which I will have to attend to.

Work carried out OK but did not turn up for original appointment as he realised only after I had rung him that he was too far away to complete it in time that day.
Re-booked and rang to say that he was on his way but again I rang him after an hour and he said he hadn't realised how far away he was.
When he did arrive he was very good, friendly and knowledgable.

Mechanic did an amazing job checking the car I wanted to buy, really lovely guys and grateful for their effort.
Sadly they were 90minutes late which caused me a lot of hasstle.

What a star was a busy man on the day but collected, completed, and returned my car as he said he would very pleased and impressed with the service would definately use his services again. Would give him five stars for total service if it was an option.
