Both mechanics who attended were highly knowledgable & fast getting to the cause of the problem. Only negative was the booking was for 10-12 but didn’t arrive until 3:30pm & I had to phone 12:30pm to check where they were (delayed on another job).

Jonathan is clearly a hard working, very knowledgable mechanic, but I do wonder if the network is worked too hard.
My job was scheduled to be completed between 2-4pm however it was 6.30pm before he was able to get to me, because of other jobs that he was scheduled to complete.
Unfortunately, he was supplied with incorrect brake pads meaning he was unable to complete the job too. Not great.
Very much to Jonathan’s credit he said he would work Sunday to get my brake pads fitted, allowing a day or two for the right parts to be ordered.
As he said Jonathan arrived Sunday afternoon and completed the job to my satisfaction.

The punctuality wasn't quite Jonathan's fault due to a backlog of work that took longer than estimated, however it was quite late on before I received a phone call to update on this and was 2 days after original agreed date before he could attend. I appreciated him keeping his promise to turn up even though it was late and freezing, which was really professional. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and gave good, honest advice which was the most important.
