The job was booked for Monday morning 8-10 slot. I contacted the mechanic at 10:30 due to a no show and no phone call. He told me that he’d tried to contact me on the Sunday to say he would be late but my phone was just going to answer phone????(leave a message then) the mechanic arrived around 12:30 to fix the car, which he did with no problem however. Not his problem but I’d promise my two boys that we where going to the “play factory” which I had tickets for which we missed. All in all booked for convenience that we didn’t get. I will not be using click mechanic again.

Hi Dez, sorry to hear this, we do aim to run to any given times however I did attempt to call you to keep you updated unfortunately there was no communication problems with mobile phones it appeared, I’m glad to hear the repair side of things was good. Often with any mobile service the travel and ensuring the last clients repair is carried out to the highest standard can cause slight delays
