Jonathon came across as knowledgable and experienced. He answered all the questions I had about the car and seems to have given it a thorough examination. I would have liked a bit more information during the verbal report. He didn't volunteer much and I had to ask a series of questions to extract the info I needed. A more pro-active approach to the verbal feedback would be useful. He took good quality photographs which were informative. Inspection was carried out a bit later than I'd hoped ( set for 11am - 1pm and feedback not received until 3:30pm), timekeeping could be better. Overall a competent and trustworthy person to have acting on your behalf. Jonathan didn’t show up at the time arranged, called me to say he was going to be an hour late but again didn’t show up. Eventually called me later same day to rearrange for another day of which I accepted but he also failed to show on the rearranged day I cancelled the job wouldn’t rely on this mechanic turning up.

I booked a pre-purchase inspection. Jonathan, who was the mechanic doing the inspection, was very friendly and checked the car swiftly. He's noticed that engine service access cover was loose as the screws must have not been tighten properly when the oil change service was done by the garage whom I got the car from. He's tighten those screws for me without even me asking for it. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Jonathan to others.
