Work couldn't be carried out, but he was very informative and knowledgeable as you would expect, and advised what extra work that I would need doing, which I I just rebooked to be done.

Prompt update on what was wrong with the vehicle and within the hour, I had a price for what work was needed and booked back in within the next working day. 10/10

Jonathan was excellent. Super friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. I was confident he would carry out the work I required and even went above and beyond to look at the areas of my car he was working on to see if there was any other issues. Thankfully all was good. He did the work super quick. The only downside was that my original time slot ended up being moved back due to some issues with vehicles that were getting work done before mine. It was a bit annoying however I can’t mark Jonathan down as he did a fab job and this was totally outside of his control! and did call me and text me.

I would give Jonathan zero stars if I could seeing as I am still waiting for the work to be completed. I arranged a major service with Jonathan for Wednesday 22 September between 4-6pm and I am still waiting now. He phoned me on the day at 3.30pm to tell me he has the wrong part and couldn’t complete the job that day. He told me he would come the next day at the same time but I told him to cancel the job because I was going away for the weekend. He offered to come to my workplace at 12 and he would definitely have it done for 2.30pm when I finished work. 1pm that day he phoned me again saying he was running late and he would only get there for 2. 30pm so I told him to leave it. He said he would do it the following week when I was back from my weekend away and would knock 20% off. He said he was available Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday so I messaged him telling him Tuesday 4pm, I then never heard back from him for 3 days which he then said he is only free Wednesday and Friday so i asked for Wednesday and he said he can do Wednesday 4pm. It is now Wednesday and he hasn’t shown up again. After contacting him, he said he didn’t confirm it even though it was him who offered 4pm on the Wednesday. Read more
