Mechanic was late but this was due to road closures following an accident. However, I had to go on the Click Mechanic site to log the mechanic being late - they then contacted the mechanic to ask him to call me to explain why he was late. He completed the service very quickly.

Very pleased. The convenience of having Adrian come to my home at an agreed time worked out really well. He changed my brake pads, explained why they needed changing and gave me confidence that everything would be OK. Will definitely use Adrian again. Deffo a 5* experience.

Wow, what an honest mechanic. Had two advisories from mot, adrian cam out to do the job but instead told me they were fine and didn't need doing. True honest person who won't do the job unless it really needs doing.

Adrian - completed the job perfectly. His quality/speed of work and punctuality are all exceptional. There just could be better communication regarding the bill and method of payment after the work has been completed. Click Mechanic sent a quote and said payment card details would only be recorded but no payment until after work was completed and confirmation of what work was undertaken. However unfortunately they took payment from my card without any communication or confirmation of the work that was actually completed.

I rang at 5:20pm and a mechanic attended before 9am the next morning. I had a flat/dead battery so it was a fairly easy fix but I was impressed with how quickly the repair was sorted. Adrian was thorough, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

Resetting my BMW’s software after the brake pads and sensors were changed proved to be a challenge but Andy persevered and eventually was successful.

I was recommended to your company but I didn’t receive the 10% discount?
Although the convenience of coming to my home was great I was told would be cheaper with your company than with garage, the new switch I needed took 5 minutes to fit, yet with the 2 visits it has cost over £300.
So im not totally convinced this is a service I’d try again.
I thought that not having the usual overheads of running a garage it would be a lot cheaper.
