Russell did an excellent job, he was friendly, prompt, polite and communicated about arrival times etc - really efficient. Did a full service, replaced rear discs and pads on the Nissan plus a couple of more minor jobs - would definitely recommend him.

Russell arrived over an hour late. I had to phone him to find out where he was. No apology for that was forthcoming.
The car had failed the MOT on park brake efficiency.
He adjusted the travel of the hand brake itself. However, despite giving a show of working on the rear wheels, the car subsequently failed its retest. I have since found that to fix the problem, the wheels had to come off; that did not happen.
Very disappointed. I won't be using Russell or Click Mechanic again. Just shoddy.
