Russell called the day of appointment to say he was held up with another job. Rescheduled for the following day.
Text messages throughout day. I was unable to be at home but Russell collected key as arranged.
Quote provided was clear.
Although not met in person Russell kept me informed by text and replied to my texts promptly.
Cost of works exceeds cars value so I am not proceeding with works. However I would recommend Russell and Clickmechanic.
