Russell turned up on time and was knowledgeable regarding my problem. Even though he could not fix it, he investigated the cause and suggested a fix which I am now scheduling in for him to do. I received a reduction of the cost due to the fault not being repaired during the visit, which a lot of garages would never do, so overall I am delighted.
