Russell text me the day before to confirm he would be arriving the next day as requested. On the day he arrived ahead of schedule and had called ahead to let me know he was en-route. He did a test drive and showed me what the problem was (which you don't get with a garage), and the quote to fix the problem is reasonably priced. Russell was friendly and informative.

Russell was fantastic. He text me and the seller the day before to confirm. When the report came through I had some questions so I text Russell and asked him to call me, he called me back promptly and explained what he had found and gave great advice. He also said to call him if I had any more questions. I was a little cautions on how it would work being outsourced but worked great. Almost half the price of the RAC and get same day feedback and a personal touch. Will 100% use again.
