Didn't know the mechanic, however everything went well as far as I know. They communicated well, even fixed an oil leak that 1 other mechanic could not identify. Very happy. Reasonably priced.

These days it’s hard to find someone reliable, and to get this with a professional and courteous service, at a very competitive price, rarer still. When I thought I had a problem after getting the car back (I didn’t), I was offered good technical advice and immediately offered to have the car picked up on a loader if necessary. I can’t rate East Midland Autos highly enough. Great job.

Garage office was water damaged by storm on Sunday night so their computers were down, they still came out to collect my car on Monday later than planned but totally acceptable considering most businesses would have cancelled everything in that situation, whilst replacing my coil springs they checked car over and found bad oil leak so had that fixed as well, very polite and friendly service and would definitely use them again.
