The chap was quite aggressive to my wife. Unfortunately we were quoted a ridiculous amount to fix an issue that we didn't want or need to fix and ended up getting another mechanic (who was evidently a lot more experienced) to fix the problem for a firth of the price (including labour!)

It was a good experience. They showed up on time and returned the car on time. I am pretty sure they did the work, but the work was done in the place where I won't be able to verify some pictures of work being done would be nice.
