User friendly site and easy to book

Mechanic was very friendly and offered sound advice. As I have not yet taken delivery of the car I am unable to fully answer whether he has addressed all the relevant issues although it appears from the report that he may have.

Arrived within booked time (1100-1300), though it was closer to 1300 than I would have liked, service went on into around 1330-1340 (guessing here, sorry).
I got told some time back that my rear pads would need doing within some millimetres, and I left it a good 6 months at least. Didn’t see it myself, but car performance wasn’t particularly affected, I’m not a heavy braker - I’m always one to go by how the drive feels. And I went with ClickMechanic due to not having been in the area long enough to choose out a reliable garage, and convenience. Mechanic comes to you, what’s better than that?
Work was good but not as initially thorough as it could have been. Should have checked the pad with the sensor before giving me the choice of leaving it based on the other brake pads. Uneven wear, whole lot and sensor replaced as quoted.

Lee was amazing, I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional mechanic. He was very thorough and explained anything I wasn't sure about in great detail to me. His advice left me reassured and gave me great piece of mind, I would recommend him to anyone.
