After being let down by the AA who said they were so busy they wouldn’t be able to do an inspection for over a week, I was looking for someone to come inspect a car quickly. I booked an inspection and within a couple of hours had been put in touch with Mark. He communicated with me promptly and got in touch with the seller too. The report was detailed and I gave him a call to clarify a few points which was really helpful. Within 24 hours the inspection was carried out, insurance set up and I bought the car. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It's the first time I use ClickMechanic, been using AA for inspections before. The mechanic accepted the job shortly after I booked an inspection, very responsive on the chat thing, arrived on time, provided a comprehensive report, shared issues with the vendor so I didn't need to, all I had to do is sit back and wait for the car to be ready. Mark was also available and patient on a phone call and answered additional questions not on the checklist that demonstrated he really inspected the vehicle.
