Ian arrived earlier than expected in an impressive looking van which had been fitted out to accommodate a wide range of tools and equipment necessary to carry out his role as a mobile mechanic. As soon as he began to work, which involved replacing front brake discs, brake pads and a ball joint it was evident he demonstrated knowledge , skills and was very meticulous. Whilst replacing the parts he patiently cleaned and lubricated surfaces and when he encountered a stubborn torx screw securing the disc he dealt with the problem with ease.
He was a tidy careful worker with a pleasant personality who explained exactly what he was doing.
Overall I was very impressed and delighted with his workmanship. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again.
