The mechanic was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He fitted a new starter motor, which by all accounts this can prove to be a trIcky job, but he was really efficient.

Unfortunately after nearly three hours and a £65 bill for labour, the mechanic could not complete the work. Extra parts and work quoted so the job could be completed. The total quoted cost is now so close to the dealer quoted price I might as well use the dealer. The mechanic who attend was friendly and courteous. He was very apologetic that he could not complete the job.

Rob was friendly and very punctual called me to say he was only 10 mins away and carried out the work very quickly and efficiently
