Extremely happy. Polite and friendly mechanic who explained the problem before ordering parts

My mechanic was very kind and friendly and sorted out the problem with my car efficient and effectively. I would recommend him for successfully getting my car back on the road.

Mechanic was fantastic identified the problem and fixed my car charged me honestly too would definitely use him again I didn’t catch his name which was a shame

The guy turned up but didn’t have the right part or equipment so was unable to fix. I’m not really sure his fault as trying to diagnose the issue yourself to make the booking is hard. He did help me secure my exhaust with a couple of cable ties. A little unexpected to get hit with a £40 call out charge and zero fix happened. Should probably have just taken it to a proper garage where the could directly diagnose and fix. Not sure this service really works that well.

The work was carried out efficiently. After the mechanic left, there was a problem with the car but the mechanic returned almost immediately and this was very quickly resolved.

What a quality guy! I never actually caught his name. This isn't the first time i've had my problems fixed by him either. a long while back I accidently locked my car keys in my car with the engine running and called my breakdown cover attached to my insurance policy and he helped me *break* into my car lol

I'm usually a "home mechanic" and do all my odd jobs myself however after reading forums and being told it would be jacking up the car and taking a hundred things off to get to my problem I figured I'd pass it off to the professionals. He only went and somehow managed to get it out and back in through the top of the engine bay. fair play to the guy!!

Only let down was lateness due to being delayed on a previous job.
Was kept informed of the situation however.
