Nick was excellent. Diagnosed the issue very quickly. Arranged the repair for today. Turned up on time and kept me informed every step of the repair.

Went above and beyond what I asked and worked out what the underlying problem was. Very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend more!

The belt has come off 2 days after work was carried out because the bearing that Nikolay put loctite in came off , he should never had done it like that , I asked him to put new alternator on, but he said he couldn't so now I must pay another mechanic to fit new alternator, belt and tensioner, because you shouldn't have done the job like that, I'm really lucky the belt never got pulled into the engine.
Mechanic replied after 3 days and said I refused to have new alternator (lies) I escalated it to there management and within 30 seconds it was marked as resolved and a note saying I never paid for a alternator change,

Anyone thinking of using this service think again, I'm never gonna stop telling people not too.

Nick was very professional and definately knew his way round an Aston Martin, diagnosed and sorted the car out with no fuss, extremely happy with the service.

Nikolay was brilliant, spent 1 1/2 hours diagnosing the fault. Needed to take to garage to carry out the repair, collected in morning and returned late afternoon with faults rectified and running smoothly.
