Nikolay. He turned up promptly, was knowledgeable about my problem and he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

Nick was on time and replaced starter motor with no issue. He was friendly and advised I needed new battery. Good service and nice guy.

Arrived early. Had a thorough look at my issue with past knowledge of Mercedes cars and confirmed my fears.

Overall cost was a bit pricey though for 1 hour of labour.

Prior to arriving he texted & phoned to advise when he would arrive. Arrived on time and was friendly but professional at the same time. Fixed problem and also advised me of an issue which might arise in the future.

He was very professional and very helpful, ashame he couldn't do the full work but gave very sound advice, restored my faith.
