Nick is an extremely clear communicator and quickly focused his verbal report on the key issues that would determine purchase (or not) of the Nissan I am interested in. As well as showstoppers, Nick had also identified areas of concern that were pertinent for other products that were being promoted to me. Nick and ClickMechanic have given me insight i need to support decision-making, and gravity to use in discussion with the vendor that I didn't have otherwise. I'll seek out Nick again in the future. My car’s old and had got a bit rundown during lockdown. Nick quickly diagnosed what was wrong and gave me a quote to fix the various problems. He came back a few days later with parts and got it up and running again. Great communication, nice guy.

Nick came to diagnose the fault in the car. He was there for about 15 minutes and said it was the water pump and the timing and serpentine belt that had gone. He did not check the engine properly. He ordered the parts and came few days later. He opened the engine and noticed it had packed up. He worked on it for 30 minutes. Then checked my neighbours cars. He then said he would charge me for the 1.5 hours he was there - this was ludicrous given he had only worked on my car for 30 minutes. He then said he would usually charge for the time spent in sourcing the parts. This again is never heard of Finally he agreed to charge me for 30 minutes. I should not have been charged anything given that his initial diagnosis was incorrect. Nick was polite and knowledgeable but if only he had got the correct diagnosis, he would have not ordered the parts and come again to fix the car. Read more

Nikolay, was excellent. Having previously tried a different on-call service without success I was hoping he could help. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was on time, communicated clearly what was happening and explained the situation well even reaching out prior to the visit to check some variables. The service and overall customer experience was excellent and, of course, most importantly he fixed the issue quickly.
