Hi Stuart, thank you for your feedback. Your timeslot was between 8-10am we arrived for 9:55. I did state on the phone the night before i reckoned it would be for 9am. However i did say i would send a confirmation text when i was on my way i’m sorry if there was any confusion. Due to the industry it is hard to determine an exact time of arrival as jobs can run over a lot of the time. however, I will take your feedback on board and look at ways were i can improve this for future bookings.
