Hi Shaun,
As I said over our email conversation. You were contact numerous times prior to our arrival to make payment as per click mechanic guidelines, unfortunately the payment was declined multiple times due to insufficient funds. You ignored our phone calls and messages to sort this out prior to this. I collected parts for your car then drove all the way to Falkirk for you to waste my time and ignore me.
You were charged a cancellation fee and a parts handling fee. Please feel free to rebook however, i suggest you make payment in advance this time around.
