Couple of issues actually getting the appointment, times kept changing etc but mechanic rob was excellent, explained the issue was that my fuel filter was leaking and needs to be replaced. I bought a replacement and fitted it and car now starts first time :)

I found Rob to be polite, friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and although is was very cold he did not complain once.
He arrived on time and started on the job straight away. He had everything he needed to hand and did not ask to borrow any of my tools.
He must be the perfect motor mechanic he got his head down and just got on with the job until is was done.
I have no problems recommending Rob to any one who wishes to contact me.
He is a fantastic ambassador to your company and should be commended. WELL DONE

Rob rang me before turning up which was within the allocated time slot. He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He found the fault within 10 mins. I would definitely use this service again.

Rob was on time and was extremely helpful. I would definitely use him again. He completed the job in great time and was very happy to explain in detail any questions that I had about the job. After the job was finished he explained any extra things that needed to be check a day later, which I will check today. I can't thank him enough for coming out.
The weather wasn't great and he just got I with it and did fantastic job. At the begging I had to make some adjustments to the date originally arrange and Rod was more than happy to rearrange to a date workable for him.
This is the first time using ClickMechanic and after this expire nice I would certainly use again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try something new and not go direct to a garage.
