The mechanic turned up within the times stated, and it was the same chap from my last contact. He sorted out the problem within the time allotted. When I used the car the next day, I could feel a marked improvement in the vehicle. I would recommend this person and your site willingly.

Have to admit I was very sceptical about a mechanic coming to your home To diagnose the car and if they could repair it (if it was possible) they would!! Car issues give me great anxiety because of many past bad experiences with garages etc but it has restored my faith that there are honest people out there who don't over charge when I think of how much garages charge just driving into these places and to tell you what the problem is with your car can cost the earth and I hate to admit it many women are over charged because they are perceived to "not know the first thing" when it comes to cars I have never ever got a job done with my car that was so efficient and did what it said on the box so to speak, the mechanic was outstanding and his knowledge was evident don't think I would drive into any garage again without using this system first!! I can't recommend ClickMechanic enough. Having trawled the net for the last month, searching for a VW campervan, my search was limited to a 50 mile radius, as I currently don't have a vehicle and I do have a one year child. I couldn't find anything within my budget, so when I found a van in Wales, 210 miles from my home in Sussex, I knew I wouldn't be able to view it myself.

A friend suggested I look into getting a pre-purchase inspection done. I looked at the prices on well-known vehicle service websites, but they were all really expensive. ClickMechanic provided the same service, but for half the price I'd been quoted.

I found the van on Tuesday afternoon, placed my online booking with ClickMechanic straightaway and by the same evening an inspection was booked for the next day. I had direct email communication with people in the head office, who were all really friendly and helpful. I was then given the phone number of my designated mechanic, should I want to liaise with him.

I sent a text and Rob replied within minutes. As a first time VW camper buyer, and miles away from the vehicle, I was quite nervous about purchasing it. Rob couldn't have been more helpful. He was happy to ask all the questions I had, and when he wasn't able to test drive the van on the Wednesday, he went back on the Thursday to complete the inspection. He called me that evening and gave me a full report. I have just paid a deposit for the van and hope to have it delivered next week.
I had so much faith in Rob's professional opinion that I haven't felt it necessary to view the van myself.
