How was great; on time, professional, friendly and helpful. The main part of the job I’d booked actually didn’t need doing which Joe was quick to advise and adjusted the price accordingly. Very honest and thorough with the remaining work booked. Overall really pleased with the service.

Joe was really good at communicating prior to to the job and on the day. Joe was patient, friendly and welcoming when greeting.
I was unsure what the problem was and Joe had said he would check it out first. Turns out it was a loose fitting and very easily fixed. Joe was honest, which I really valued!
Sorted the problem promptly.
