We haven't actually met Joe as he conducted the inspection straight with the dealer, but the communication over the phone and before the inspection was great. Joe very patiently explained all the findings in plain English and gave us the confidence to ask for a few minor works to be done by the dealer and then carry on with our purchase. The dealer also told me how impressed he was with Joe's punctuality, politeness and overall knowledge. I would recommend Joe for the pre-purchase inspection and maybe would also use him in the future for general mechanic jobs, should the need arise.

Joe was spot on and very knowledgeable about this specific make, saved me from buying the car that could cost me £1000’s in repairs and getting it right in the future.

Joe was excellent. The inspection was detailed (apparently as I was not present), but more specifically Joe was prepared to talk through things in detail, and I think went above and beyond. He gave me more insight than just mechanical.

There is a reason why Joe has 5* - not only because his knowledge and skills deserve it but the fact that he is thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure you are buying a "safe" car. Not only did he save me £15,000 on buying a car which was not great, but he actually gave me the knowledge to decide to not proceed on a purchase of a vehicle where my newborn baby will have been travelling in. He is worth his weight in gold. I would recommend him and use him again for sure. Fast and efficient and explained everything to me like a human, no jargon, just truthful facts.
