One of the parts were incorrect size, but the mechanic arranged for the right part to be delivered whilst he was working through other tasks and had it delivered and fitted well within time frame without leaving my driveway.

Ashley was spot on unfortunately his recovery vehicle broke down on route to pick our car up which delayed things as I had to get the RAC to deliver it to the garage. He Was prepare to work late to get the car back the same day as a result but again found additional issues so parts could not be ordered till the next day. All in all did a good job and was prepared to go above and beyond to try to help get the car back on the road.
