Ashley came for the car earlier then expected, once he realised his mistake he was very apologetic and said he was happy to come back the following week but as the car was off the road it suited me to let it go early. We’ve owned the car for about 18 months but to me it has never seemed right (my wife test drove it) after 4500 we started to see the fuel economy going down and then the dreaded engine management light. Ashley took the car for a full service, replaced the faulty EGR valve and MOT’d the car also collected it and delivered it back to our home. I have used lots of garages down the years and I can say without a doubt that I will use Ashley from now on. His service is second to none, he spent time listening when he picked the car up to the issues we’d had and took time to explain the work he had done when he dropped the car back to me.
