Great garage. Was late picking up my car but after my initial call, I was kept informed. My car was collected and the work carried out with the car being returned to me well after hours due to the owner working on due to needing to cover staff sickness, which he explained when I called in the morning.

Sickness can’t be helped, and the owner went above and beyond to complete the days work, and kept in touch throughout the day.

The work was a great standard, and the owner was extremely apologetic and friendly on the phone and in person.

Will definitely use again! :-)

Although late to pick up car, the communication was fab (sometimes jobs are not as straightforward as they seem) problems can arise, when they did come and pick up the car he was very polite and promised to have the brake pads replaced and return ASAP which he did I can not recommend enough and I will use again. Khalid was brilliant. When he got my car going again he noticed how low my petrol was. He drove me to a garage to fill up with fuel. I found his support and positive attitude very uplifting. A great effort from him, and much appreciated by myself. Thanks Khalid.

Although the work was carried out correctly and on time, I do wonder why mechanics have to alter every setting in the car, the seat, the radio, the wing mirrors when all they are attending to is the rear brake pads!

Khaled was a credit to his profession. Went the extra mile for me, completing a tricky job in a very short period of time
