Craig the mechanic - brilliant. turned up a bit earlier than i expected but turned out to be a plus. job done in next to no time. no fuss, cheaper than garage quotes and all done at home... third time I have used this platform for work on my car and to be realistic I cant see a better way.

Craig was knowledgable and honest. He couldn’t complete the work due to an issue with worn bolts - it would have been too risky to try and remove them. Craig explained it clearly and I’m am unfortunately going back to the dealer. Would use Craig again.

Really happy with Craig. He came out at short notice and was even slightly earlier than booked for. He didn’t have the parts to do a permanent fix at the time, but he stood in the pouring rain for ages, determined to at least come up with a solution to help get me home. Thoroughly recommend this service!

PS - I have paid my AA premium for 2 years and never needed them. I called today when my windscreen wipers broke (in pouring rain) but was told they couldn’t help as my vehicle wasn’t immobile!!?? Therefore I will be cancelling my AA subscription and using Click Mechanic in future!
