Appalled to be completely honest. I booked glow plugs to be changed. Craig decided a diagnostics would be better as the car actually starts. The diagnostic came up with glow plugs & EGR. He decided that he wasn’t going to do any work, be on his way with £55 for a diagnostics, telling me what I already knew. Then I messaged him for the diagnostics report (that’s what the charge is for) he hasn’t replied. Also my car doesn’t start now. Wouldn’t use again & certainly wouldn’t recommend.

The diagnostic came up with 1 glow plug ( not all 6) .
The fault you had was the egr valve not the glow plugs which you originally booked in for , as you stated you already knew this which begs the question as to why you would book a repair that you don't need.
The diagnostic report was uploaded to click mechanic and a quote was sent which you subsequently accepted . I also replied to your text message with the fault codes as you requested .
I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review however an honest review would of been appreciated .
