Jamie was really friendly, and kept in touch to let me know when he was on his way. When he turned up he was really polite and got to work straight away. Sometimes as a woman who knows nothing about cars, and has been taken advantage of at garages previously, I can feel a bit apprehensive whenever I get my car sorted. I definitely didn’t feel like this today and I would gladly get back in touch with Jamie if my car needed anything else doing :-)
