I booked a mechanic through this site to do a pre purchase inspecton on a vehicle i was looking to buy. A full inspection was suposidly carried out by Jamies mobile mechanics, His inspection report came back positvly. I was informed by jamie it had scored 90 out of 100 on the full inspection. On this recomendation i bought the van. After driving for 1 day , the van broke down. Upon a prompt inspection from a mercedes specialist, i was informed the engine was a right off! The origional mechanic had failed to do a proffessional job and has cost me upwards of £5,000 to replace and build a new engine. I am beyond angry with the LACK of proffessionalism offered by click mechanics and jamie green! Obviously do not have a rigerous vetting system for mechanics they use! Still havnt had a reply from click mechanics, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!

Jamie arrived when he said he would, was very polite. quite happy to let him deal with my car again.

Seemed friendly & knowledgeable; will know more when he comes back tomorrow to fit the new battery

Jamie did a wonderful job accessing the car, as someone who has no experience in cars and the quality they should be in, Jamie quickly got to work without wasting anytime then we had a quick chat with dealer and myself about the problems the car was having, which i have to say was a benefit to me because the dealer no longer had the upper hand if they wanted to sell me the car, they would need to address every single issue highlighted! Highly recommend Jamie not to mention the other mechanic he brought too to help with the inspection, didn’t catch his name but thank you, will be looking to book Jamie again for inspections as I still need to make a decision on a car.

Spot on timing, detailed report, reassured us we weren’t buying a lemon. Phone signal was really bad, but he said we could call him back if we needed to, but the report says it all. Going to buy the car tomorrow, got a bargain so couldn’t get them down on price much for the little bit of work needed. And good news is that we know exactly what to say when we take it to a local garage, too far away for Jamie to do the work, otherwise we would have done.
