Jamie and colleague was great, working as a two-man team to quickly identify the problem from my discription. I then booked a week later to get the job done (as I was expecting Storm Christoph to be in the way).

The mechanic gave me a ring to give me notice of his arrival. The work was done promptly and he was prepared for the extra safety measures that are required. He ran through the fix and showed me the results. Would work with him again. Easy process via ClickMechanic when you have a reliable mechanic on the other side!
