Jamie’s a great lad. Called 30 mins before arrival and carried out the work brilliantly despite me ordering the wrong part). Really helpful regarding the extra work that needed doing. Fixed the problem and would definitely use again. First time I’ve properly used a call-out mechanic and I can see why people do.

This is the second time I have had Jamie ou to a vehicle. He is very good at communicating the issues and solutions. He confirmed what time he was arriving and stuck to it.
