I was beside myself with worry thinking my car was scrap. Thankfully it was just the spark plugs. Jamies Mobile Mechanics explained what was going wrong and showed me the damaged spark plugs which was worse than I anticipated. Also gave me some very helpful advice - don't use E10 fuel in a 20 year old BMW regardless of what it says on the government website.

I was really pleased with the whole process and will definitely keep the details for the next time I need a mechanic. The mechanic turned up, let us know they were running a little bit late due to traffic, they did the work and we are really pleased with it. Thank you
