Liam was enormously helpful and adaptable because my car was not at my address and meant him having to go elsewhere to work on it without me. Once he had diagnosed the problem with my car he warned me in very friendly way that the cost of the repairs to the airbag system were most likely to be in the thousands rather than the hundreds, which means it is a virtual write-off ... not nice news to have to give your client when the car is otherwise running perfectly well.
