He did the diagnosis okay, but why turn up to diagnose something that you probably knew in advance you were not able / willing to fix? I'd hoped using Click Mechanic would save me time and money but am no longer sure this will be the case.

I’m saddened to read your review and how you feel about the service you required. We attended and informed what was required at the time to carry out a guaranteed repair. Unfortunately at the time of quotation we were unable to source some parts required to carry out the repair, other than eBay parts which personally we don’t like using as we can’t guarantee parts from these sources so upon this we decided we were unable to carry out the repairs for this reason. We would recommend that you make a case in the Resolution Centre so any queries or enquires can be made to settle this matter.
