Nevzat was very polite and punctual. Collected vehicle in person and explained the process fully. Called me and explained the repair. Sourced the part same day and car returned very promptly after only 4 hours.

Nevzat was brilliant! Due to the age of the car it wasn’t in the best condition so needed a lot of work. Nevzat talked us through the next best way around the work being completed and quotes etc and was very patient and super helpful!

I had a dpf clean and service booked.
Arrival time between 0800 and 1000 the mechanic arrived at 10am.
The car was taken away, it would have been nice to have that communicated if it was going to be done at home or on the drive.
The service was done and the dpf was cleaned but the light saying it needs to be done on my dash board is still on so in my mind the job is not fully completed.
Over all I did get a text and call during the day with an update but fundamentally the job was not fully completed as the light is still on and I have to get someone else to turn it off to get through the mot.

I'm happy with the service provided! I was given plenty of notice about a delayed start time and the mechanic was friendly and helpful on arrival.

Although the car has passed the MOT, I am concerned about the issues listed that need dealing with.
