Good communication. The cost of the service was over three times higher than expected and I still don’t know what the hourly rate is for labour, so it’s hard to know if it is reasonable value or not. It would be good for this detail to be clearly listed. The service work carried out appears to be of good quality. I will find out over some long road trips soon.

Nevzat was firendly, knowledgable and whilst I p[aid more than expected I am very pleased with the result. I had a long term issue which was misdiagnosed a year ago and another intermittent problem - both of which have been resolved. I was kept advised of issues and costs and cannot fault the service. It was a pleasure to deal with Nevzat.
