Ford Mondeo 1 HR diagnosis charge. 1 HR refit heater blower parts. 0.5hrs heater control unit replacement.

Happy about the following:
- my heater blower is working again
Not happy about the following : :
- the mechanic charged a total of 2 hrs of diagnostic.
- took several visits, with several cancelled visits in the middle
- left dashboard hanging after first visit
- incorrectly wired the climate control module causing bursts of air when the ignition was off, and caused battery drain.
- I also believe the incorrect wiring caused the rear wipers to stop working. The mechanic thinks the issue is not related However it happen at the same time is the incorrect wiring of the CC module. Rear wipers still do not work.
- the mechanic did not immediately respond to requests to come back and correct the wiring issue.
