This was my first time using the service. The process was simple from start to finish. I love the fact that I could get an instant quote. The mechanic was a bit late (20 mins outside of the given 2 hour window), but that wasn't a problem for me as I had said that I was available all day. The car was collected and returned the same day. I had my MOT completed the following day (by a different garage) and the work that had been completed showed no issues in the health check. I am very pleased and will be using the service again. William was great not what I initially thought the problem was but he sorted it and didn't try to overcharge for something that was needed.
