Sarfraz is an excellent mechanic. Turned up when he was supposed to, carried out the work to a very high standard and finished within the time he had allotted for the job. Excellent job all round.

Overall, not a bad review of the vehicle. However the seller of the vehicle (car sales business) was unimpressed. The mechanic took the car for a test drive but had no trade plates, or evidence of insurance was provided. He didn't come over as being a professional mechanic, with the relevant information with him to do the test drive

Was delayed in getting to the appointment, but carried out the inspection as arranged a while later, so no worries!

was expensive bit confused probably because due to complex problem of the car

as I work away from home,i was unable to meet sarfraz.However I did speak to him on the phone,in wich I found sarfraz very help and polite.he exlined the problem may not be permanent fix,but I shall contact you again in due course to get the problem fixed permantly.thank you, hugh.
